Tuesday Grand Reception    $20,000
After the first full day of sessions, attendees can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in the networking reception. We'll provide signage at the event with your company's logo, ensuring it is the one of the last things attendees see before heading out for the evening.

WiFi     $15,000
In today’s always-connected world, attendees will definitely appreciate this sponsorship. We'll recognize your company as the sponsor of FREE WiFi in the session rooms. Plus, every time attendees log on they will be directed to your homepage -- giving you repeated exposure. 

Attendee Portfolio   $15,000
The portfolios you provide will be given to each conference attendee when they pick up their badge. This sponsorship provides great exposure long after the event has ended as attendees take the portfolios home to use.

Networking Reception   $15,000
This reception, immediately following the Bonus Session, will be the first chance for attendees to network and discuss current issues. Plus, we'll produce signage with your company’s logo giving you premier recognition at beginning of the event.

Bonus Session     $12,000
Gain exclusive recognition as the sponsor of the Bonus Session, held before the first day of sessions. You'll have the opportunity to place promotional materials in the session room as well as provide 4 PowerPoint slides to play before the session begins.

Badge Lanyards     $10,000
This always-on-display item is a high-visibility opportunity to increase awareness of your company at the show. We reproduce your logo on all the lanyards that attendees wear to hold their name badges.

Badge Inserts     $10,000
Have a new product to announce? A reliable brand to draw attention to? A great booth promotion? Put every attendee badge to work for you! We'll give your logo prominent placement above the conference name on the badge itself. Then, spread your custom message by providing a 4" x 4" advertisement card we’ll insert with each badge. Extending 1" above the badge holder, the inserts instantly get eyeballs on your quick-hit message. Double-side it and double your exposure, as your ad shows through the back of each badge’s clear protective cover — ensuring that attendees can’t miss your message!

Registration Area     $10,000
Your company's logo will be one of the first things attendees see as we include your four-color art on the kick panels of the registration units where they pick up their credentials. Add to all this the signage we will produce for this area right outside the session rooms and you've got yourself the first big visibility of any company participating in the event.

Breakfast     $10,000 each
We'll produce and place signs at the food stations recognizing your company. For added exposure, provide cups and napkins with your logo. Breakfast sponsorships are available for Day 1 and/or Day 2 of the conference.

Refreshment Breaks      $10,000 each
We'll produce and place signs with your company’s logo next to the refreshment tables. You can provide napkins and cups with your logo for added recognition. Three refreshment breaks are available for sponsorship. 

Registration Pens     $10,000
The company pens that you provide will be used exclusively at the registration area – making your company’s name one of the first sponsored items attendees see and grab a hold of.
